Simple Lacy Crochet Drawstring Bag | EASY Crochet Drawstring Pouch | Scrap Yarn Crochet Project Free Pattern

Hello, June! It's officially summer, and here comes another
happy crochet drawstring bag.

I like to wear cool colors during the warm and sweaty months of summer to contrast with the sunlight's hot shades of yellow, orange, and red because they cool me down, almost literally😌

Summer makes me think of splashing swimming pools, icy drinks, all the lush green plants, the forget-me-not blue sky with puffy clouds, the deep blue sparkling sea, the salty smell of the sea breeze, and also the light, flowy lace fabrics!

What comes to your mind when you think about summer?

This drawstring bag is a reflection of my idea of summer. Of all the basic crochet stitches, I think the half double crochet stitch is the most unique. There is something very charming about the half double crochet stitch that I love, and I gave it a chance to flaunt its beauty and shine in this project by using the unique texture of the half double crochet stitch to create a sparkling lacy effect.
